The lock was not ran through quality control and was defective. Countryside should at least replace the lock and send the defective one back to the manufacturer.

Everything I needed was included. Didn't care for door knobs...reused my old handles.

My 83 year old very active Dad reached out to
Me saying that a locksmith was going to charge him $800.00 to change the lock on his wrought iron door. A new door was $514.00. I’ve asked my Dad to contact me for things that seem out of line. He brought me the old lock and using the name on the back of the lock, with in 7 days he had a brand new replacement lock that works perfectly for $70.00. Thank you

I had a job to do. The measurements were good for most of the part but fall too short. But all the components matched the old part. So nothing went to waste. Thanks for everything.

The door knobs look great and the lock set fit the old security doors perfectly. 15 minutes to install.
