Hoppe Mortise Lock, 1" Deadbolt Throw, 45/92 Single Point Lock All Backsets

1) the lock works as expected
2) the transaction was executed as hoped
3) buying directly from Countryside cost significantly less than buying the lock from Countryside on Amazon

I ordered the wrong lock even though it measured right on my door. Returned it. After paying shipping both ways and 20% restocking fee, I am only get $50 of my $100 back. I will stick with Amazon.

I wrote a note 8 days ago stating that we need a lock with 1.75 back set.
The one sent was !.375 and I haven’t received a response yet.

The handles on our 12-y/o French doors broke and Countryside Locks had the replacement part (same manufacturer) & offered multiple shipping options.
