First order was a success.

Installed my new mortise and my security door problem is solved without having to hire a locksmith. Be careful when you decide to order a mortise for a right or left latch. You need to understand what that means before placing your order.

As described, exactly what I needed!

Did not realize the latch lock was not included. My bad! Was able to purchase a latch from another company. All fits perfect and works great.

Either the casting for the handle and cover plate are not to the correct size or need some machining after the casting. The nylon bushing was very tough to fit and I had to file a bunch to get it working. Also for some reason the key is very hard to withdraw the deadbolt. Please just make it a bit better.

It worked perfect as a replacement for our security door.

Not sure the correct name of the piece on the cylinder that engages with the lock bolt but it was way smaller than the one on the keyed cylinder I was replacing. Had to remove the one from the old cylinder and replace it on the new cylinder in order for it to work correctly

I've sent two emails already and got no response in regards to an Atrium Door lock replacement. If I tighten the screw that holds the cylinder in place, the lock binds, and doesn't allow keyed entry from the exterior. The low score was mostly for lack of response. That may change for the better if they will communicate with me.

It was a perfect fit and very easy to install. The installation took only a few minutes and now it is working fine.

Exactly what I needed with very fast shipping

This handle was exactly what we needed! Looks great! Fast delivery.

The lock is catchy and rough in action.
It sticks and we have to work to get it to lock and for the latch to come out so it can work.
We need the lock and it’s the only one available but I wish they would up the quality.

I paid to return lock bought right lock then got charged for restocking returned lock. This is not what I would call good business. Wanted to talk to upper management.

If there were a rating less than one star, I would give it to this product. The Countryside description reads " Atrium Door Lock Replacement Exact Replacement for Atrium Doors." What they leave out is the MADE IN CHINA part. This lock is so cheap! The handle is loose; the locksmith tried to adjust the cylinder but nothing helped. The keys need to be recut --they will not work as is. The lock started to fail on my original Atrium Door (30 years old). I was mislead by Countryside's description and thought I would have no problem ordering a replacement lock. When I opened the new lock, the first thing I saw was MADE IN CHINA. When the locksmith arrived, he saw MADE IN CHINA and started to shake his head!!!
Warning to all customers--Countryside's description is very misleading. This is not a legitimate Atrium replacement part, this is a cheap replacement from China.

Fit perfect , mark on thumb turn needed to let me know when it is engaged some other locks do not have that feature.
