This handle is advertised to fit the 323; however, the pieces that go on either side of the door are not a match for the style I had existing, and therefore I could not swap out this lock for my existing one. If it doesn’t fit the lock perfectly, it should not be advertised that it does.

The lock description includes fits Marvin "Inswing" Doors but with the click of one tab on the lock body and a twist of the Stricker, the lock becomes usable for an "Outswing" door. I know because I did this myself and the lock works perfectly.
