I purchased a replacement Hoppe Lock set a couple of weeks ago. The help I received over the phone was great and I got exactly what I was looking for. I was able to install it in about 30 minutes. My wife was pleasantly surprised because she thought it would take at least 4 or 5 hours for me to do so. I appreciate all the help that you provided.

2 Point Bolt Mortise Lock Body Storm Door Will Fit Pella Doors
The lock body fit fine but the trim screws were not correct for normal replacement application. Also strike plate was to thin to use. Luckily I was able to use the old one. I had to fit the old screws to the new trim. The sheet metal screws that came with it wouldn't work. I was able to make everything work and the customer was happy with the result. The lock arrived, looks great but unfortunately doesn't fit the door. Needed to use the return option but despite multiple emails sent through their website link I have received ZERO response. I don't think any humans work for this company, and if they do they don't seem to care.

Great customer service. Arrived quickly. I replaced a very old Papaiz lockset that had the number 323 engraved on it. My storm door is 1 5/8" thick, and though the ad read, "Fits doors from 1 to 1-3/8 inches thick", this newer #323 model fit perfectly. I especially like the wing knob on the cylinder. My old one was round and became difficult to turn as the cylinder aged. This was very easy for an elderly female to install. No need to hire anyone to do it for you if you know how to handle a screwdriver and have a little common sense.
