Lock was easy to find on the website. Order placed. Quick delivery. Easy installation. Definitely recommend.

Replacement worked well despite the lock taken out was an Adams Rite MS1847 MS. Just small adjustments were needed. Could not see it prior due to difficulty removing.

These File Cabinet Locking Bars work great. Our shop uses these to lock the Stanley Vidmar workbench drawers. They say they like the Locking Bars better than the keyed locks that come with the cabinets because if they lose the key, a padlock is eaiser and less expensive to remove and replace.

Lock came without instructions and it took me a while to realize there are two settings in the lock, and if you don’t use the right setting, it won’t work. Once I figured that out, everything went well.

The lock fit perfectly and they were very helpful in going over measurements of my existing lock to make sure i was ordering the correct lock and that the new one was going to fit. I just wish the shipping was a little quicker, it was a week after the order was placed for the lock to ship. Over all, I would purchase from this site again.

Very disappointed in this lock. Removed the old lock that broke in the door with the door locked.
Was able to cut the deadbolt to take it all apart so I could install the new one.
Once installed, locked the door and now the new lock is locked shut.

How do I get a refund?

Everything was great! Installed new lock and is perfect.

Just what you need for pinning a Masterlock.

Received product in a reasonable time from shipper. Seems that the bracket is the weak spot in the door on Andersens' part, third time having to replace part.

Good quality and almost exact replacement for.the one we had. The deadbolt part was a little off from our 1984 model, but we were able to fix that. Looks great.

Lock was correct and arrived quickly. It's hard to explain but I had to disassemble it three times and take a file to the deadbolt tumbler to get it to clear the "dog ear" assembly. It may have been a 32th of an inch that had to be removed to correct the problem. No issue whatsoever with the seller. Just poor quality control from the mfg. Thanks.

These Hoppe gear boxes arrived promptly and were a perfect replacement.

Unfortunately I had to return this item because it is NOT an exact replacement. It does not fit our Atrium door, the keyed side of a French door patio set.

I was able to replace the old locks we did have the key for on our metal bar storm door. And I changed the double lock for a deadbolt switch. Making it safer and easier to use (not to mention up to building code.) Thanks!!
