i never get it

I received my order on the exact day specified by Countryside Locks. The cylinders were well packaged and fit in the lock set with no issues. I would order from Countryside Locks again.

Shows it was out for delivery for 10 days and now it doesn't have an update. Just called UPS and it sounds like they lost it.

Redoing an existing door and this knob set fit perfectly.

The locking mechanism was what was needed and was installed easily. However, the tongue portion was not needed and was for a different door type. I was required to purchase the entire assembly even though that part was not used. Contacted customer service twice before purchasing for assistance and person was not only unhelpful but extremely condescending. Rather than helping, he made it more difficult. He insisted that I was not using the correct terminology and should go to the website for measurements and specifications. However, I could not find the instruction area on the website that showed how to measure and what specific terminology he wanted me to use so he could help me. He was impatient and did not want to spend time helping me.

The locks arrived quickly and are well made. Marks is an excellent brand that I have used in the past.

Great product works as should

it took about an hour to replace the hoppe gear box on a dropping handle. the only difficult part was removing the lock set but a utube video showed the solution. A bent paper clip in the slot.

I didn’t know which lock to order and your representative at Countryside was able to look at a picture of the old one and tell me immediately. Ordering was very easy and the product shipped timely.

The locking mechanism works well, for a whole at least. This is the third time that I have had to replace the mechanism. One bad lock could be a product defect, three times is a design defect. Replacing the locking mechanism cheaper than replacing the doors but never again will I buy a ThermaTru door.

Ordered a lock that appeared to be the lock I was looking for yet, once I received the lock it was not what I was shown on their website. I contacted their customer service immediately and never heard back. Their return policy is a bit wonky; think twice before purchasing.

Not impressed hard lock to open and close very stiff the handle is not comfortable to hold very uncomfortable needs to be redesigned to make it smooth. For the 130 bucks wish another lock would fit besides having to have a special lock for this atrium door
